MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Founded in 2026 by Terra and Nate Joy, Joy Solutions takes what we’ve learned in over a decade of small business ownership in the United States and brings it to France.

We help clients gain visibility into their business, focus on what matters, and find true fulfillment in running their operations.

We specialize in service-oriented businesses, and our small team offers expertise in accounting set-up and monitoring, project/program management, process improvement, and business consulting.

TERRA JOY

In 2015, after over 10 years of climbing the ladder in the Accounting industry, Terra took the leap and started her own business. Her dream was simple yet profound - to make life better for small business owners, and over the past decade plus she has accomplished that time and time again. Her experience across a wide range of accounting roles and clients have given her the tools to help others run efficient small businesses.

NATE JOY

Nate is the Co-founder and Owner of Joy Solutions along with his wife Terra. He has 15+ years of Project Management and Business Analysis experience. He works with clients large and small to uncover their biggest pain points and improving critical business processes.

Together with Terra, he is committed to helping owners cut through the chaos and rediscover the joy of small business ownership.
